Christians across the world will celebrate Easter with the midnight service on Sunday to herald the resurrection of Jesus Christ three days after he was crucified. The crucifixion of Christ was observed on Good Friday.
The Holy Week began with Palm Sunday on March 20 and comes to an end with Easter Sunday on March 27.
